 Chris is the General Manager of Tri-Point Construction Layout Inc. He has worked in the Data Prep and Construction Layout business since 2007. Chris has worked in the construction industry his whole life, and in his 15 years at Tri-Point he has dedicated himself to provide the industry with high quality Data Prep and Construction Layout services. Over the course of his career, Chris has seen firsthand how heavy civil construction has benefited from GPS technology, and how this technology continues to expand in the industry. 

Curtis has been working with GPS and Machine Automation since 2005. He spent 7 years working as a Field Engineer where he was responsible for data prep, and construction layout for a variety of projects including landfills, large and small site developments, road reconstruction, and mountain top wind energy projects. Curtis started with Tri-Point in 2012 as part of the modeling staff.   In 2019 Curtis took an opportunity to teach in the Construction Engineering program at the University of Maine.  We are pleased to have him return in 2022  as the New England Manager.

   Glenn has 4 years of property surveying experience and 16 years of GPS, Robotic and Machine control experience. He spent 9 years working on various construction projects using GPS, Robotic and Machine Control. He spent 5 years as the National Survey Support and 3D Surface Designer and oversaw field to finish operations of various military projects from Texas to New York; 3D Surface Designer of tank trails and military training facilities. He has spent the last 3+ years working for Tri-Point full time developing 3D surfaces and Design Maps for contractors throughout the northeast.   

  Dave began working in this field in 2001. Throughout his career he has worked as a survey crew chief, a CAD tech, and as CAD manager for both engineering and construction firms. He has been responsible for layout computations, as-built mapping, and wind farm site and road design for projects across the country with extensive experience using AutoCAD Civil3D. Dave has been with Tri-Point since 2014 and provides our clients with Data Prep and Earthwork Quantification services.  

 Ruth started her career with NYS Dept. of Transportation. For 30 years, 27 of them on Construction projects, she used CAD for x-sects, quantities, conflict detection, etc.  The last 10 years with NYSDOT her work also included creating models/data for GPS and processing/using data from GPS. Ruth is our MicroStation expert and has been with Tri-Point since 2012. Ruth provides our clients with Data Prep and Earthwork Quantification services focusing on highway and bridge projects. 

 Scott has been in the Land Surveying and Construction industries since 1984. Over the years he has done all aspects of surveying, and construction layout for various highway and building projects. Scott has been with Tri-Point since 2013 and provides our clients with Data Prep services.
